David has an extensive background in design innovation, project analysis and business management. On leaving school David was scouted to play football and was based at both Manchester City’s platt lane complex and Carrington training facility that was later to become the first teams home. From training under Terry John and Bill folks, David later built businesses within the Manchester area, project managed for City in the Community and lead up a new boxing Accademy alongside Ricky Hatton’s trainer Bob Shannon. He now concentrates his time in the coaching and community sector to help build better support for young people.
